The U.S. Army Public Health Center (APHC) is sponsoring the 3rd annual One Health Week, 1-7 November 2020. The U.S. APHC sponsors One Health Week to provide flexibility in scheduling One Health events at installations across the Army Public Health Enterprise. As missions allow, installations across the globe will host virtual events to support this year's theme, One Health in Mobile Populations.

Western University of Health Sciences One Health initiative, led by Dr Tkalcic, and supported by College of Veterinary Medicine and Dr. Devendra Agrawal, senior vice-president for Research and Biotechnology, is organizing the 3rd Annual WesternU One Health Day Panel. The topic this year: "In the world of Pandemic" will be presented by a panel of expert speakers this year through a 1-hr Zoom meeting on November 2, Monday 4-5PM. Here is the agenda: Dr. Agrawal-opening remarks 1. Dr. Tracy McNamara: “ Why do we need One Health? If COVID-19 does not convince you, what will?”

On Tuesday November 3rd (One Health Day and Election Day!), the Zoo's Institute for Conservation Medicine staff will have a Facebook TakeOver Day. Every hour on the hour we will blast out a One Health story on @stlzoo about our global work to ensure healthy animals and healthy people, particularly in light of the current pandemic.
