NASA Earth’s Applied Sciences Program has prepared two social media communications (Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/nasaearth/posts/pfbid02W2qugDar8mf21HPprFJ4itPvDoXWsqvukc5WwZ5f3xbsSY5Kf4xKpAuPtUh2SUXUl and Twitter: https://twitter.com/NASAEarth/status/1588178825917222912) for One Health Day 2022. This campaign promotes NASA Data Pathfinders (https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/learn/pathfinders/diseases-data-pathfinder) that can serve as a guide to using Earth science data to examine environmental health topics.

This event has been organized by the University of Global Health Equity Student One Health and Innovation Club (UGHE SOHIC). It is a trip for all UGHE SOHIC members to the Campus of Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund to relate One Health to the conservation of gorillas in Rwanda. It is a good opportunity to realize a One Health approach in action via learning about gorillas, their critical forest habitat, as well as the interconnectedness to the surrounding human community.

Ministry of Health in corroboration with Ministry of Animal Resources and Higher Council of Environment and Natural Resources conduct the training workshop on implementation of One Health Concept among health,animal resources and environment sectors in states.
