Eco-Sensory One Health Diving Briefing (Phycological pre-immersion preparation)

Eco-Sensory One Health Diving Briefing (Phycological and Hydrobiological pre-immersion preparation) The project is part of our research and initiatives focused on the social rehabilitation of people with disabilities through diving, in light of the One Health and Blue Health concepts. • Concept (Integrating One Health into standard logistics): Transforming the classic diving briefing (safety briefing) into an educational and therapeutic procedure. • Promotional and Research Activity: Prior to each entry into the water (Groups 2, 3, and commercial divers), a researcher presents the current "health status of the lake ecosystem" to the participants. This involves showing a fresh water sample collected that morning under a microscope or via an infographic (e.g., dominance of dinoflagellates / Dinoflagellata, high visibility). • Public Health Effect: The awareness of entering a clean, vibrant, and biologically stable environment drastically reduces anticipatory anxiety (STAI scale) before stepping into the water. The patient enters the lake not as a "dark abyss," but as a safe, living, therapeutic organism.
