One Health Uberlândia 2019

The event “One Health Day Uberlândia 2019” will be the first globally integrated action to discuss the theme of One Health, locally. On this day, professionals from different fields of knowledge will present to the community insights into how this integrative approach can be applied in their work areas. Goals: • Improve human, animal and environmental health and well-being by promoting awareness and understanding of the One Health concept. • Expand a transdisciplinary network within Federal University of Uberlândia and with other educational institutions to share knowledge about science diversity and to implement the One Health perspectives. • Build information networks that provide national and international opportunities for collaboration across health and environmental disciplines.
