The second edition of this event maintains its purposes of updating knowledge and preparing healthcare’s professionals and the academic community in regard to the importance of parasitic diseases in humans and animals in the Brazilian context. The cycle of speeches was carefully thought out in order to provide an inspiring enviroment of communication and also to bring to light the new perspectives on the epidemiology of parasitic diseases, as well as their diagnosis and treatment.
