The U.S. EPA has been working with the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (AFWA), the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO), and the Environmental Council of the States (ECOS) since 2021 to promote the One Health approach. This year, ASTHO and ECOS developed four case studies showing how states in the U.S. have used the One Health approach to address complex issues.
