KC One Health Day - Mental Health

Join us for KC One Health Day on Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, at the K-State Olathe campus. This year's theme is Mental Health. The One Health approach recognizes that a healthy mind is intrinsically linked to a healthy body, healthy animals and a healthy planet. Environmental stressors like climate change, pollution and habitat loss can directly impact human mental health, leading to increased rates of anxiety, depression and stress. Similarly, the health and well-being of animals, including companion animals, livestock and wildlife, can significantly affect human psychological states.
